1. Call to Order and Establishment of Quorum – Mr. Hugh Rice, Chair

2. Executive Session

   To discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee, pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes § 307, (B)(1)

   Review the grievance of Ellington H. Woody Sr., Public Computer Specialist, Ralph Ellison Library, in accordance with the Grievance Procedure of the Metropolitan Library System and render the final decision, regarding employment of said employee, to be implemented by the Executive Director.

3. Return to open meeting for action of the grievance
