2. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action: Executive Session

   To discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee, pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes § 307, (B)(1)

   Review the grievance of the Director of Facilities Maintenance, in accordance with the Grievance Procedure of the Metropolitan Library System and render the final decision, regarding employment of said employee, to be implemented by the Executive Director.

3. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action: Return to open meeting for action of the grievance
